TAICHUNG, TAIWAN (TraNews) – Stanley Market jam-packed with vendors is a large open-air marketplace situated in the northwestern part of Stanley. Apart from featuring a dazzling selection of commodities, souvenirs, clothes and exotic handicrafts, “Stanley Old Market” located within the bustling Stanley Market is a magnet for locals and tourists alike.
The entrance of Stanley Old Market is situated right in front of Stanley Municipal Services Building next to Stanley Market. The buildings here are traditional one-storied houses, with more than a century of history. Simply looking up, tourists can still the complete structure and wooden beams. For many moms, the old market is also a pleasant place for strolling around and shopping for adorable, stylish baby clothes.
Arriving at the old market, the narrow, winding 50-meter long road, where stalls are crammed close together, features an extensive range of baby clothes, shoes, accessories and toys at reasonable prices that cater for children under age of five. It is a really intriguing phenomenon to come across many foreign tourists pushing baby strollers or holding their babies while bargaining with hawkers.

1. MTR Hong Kong Station Exit D and take bus 6, 6A, 6X, 66 or 260 at Exchange Square Bus Terminus.
2. MTR Causeway Bay Station Exit B, walk to Tang Lung Street then take green minibus 40.
3. Bus 973 from Canton Road in Tsim Sha Tsui outside Silvercord Centre.
